Weddings & Events

We provide bespoke floristry for weddings and events across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and nationwide. Travel is quoted individually based on location, scale, and logistics.

Right now, Nina Alice Blooms only accepts pre-orders. Please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance.

We’ll follow your delivery instructions and call the recipient to let them know they have a delivery.

When possible we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place. If this isn’t possible, we’ll be in touch to arrange a redelivery.

From seasonal wreaths to full scale wedding decor, we are passionate about creating eye catching floral designs for all occasions.

It’s really easy and stress-free. All you have to do is reach out by completing an enquiry form or sending us an email.

We’ll arrange a 30 minute consultation and go over all of your ideas. This is a collaboration and things may change along the way- no problem!

Once you’ve paid your deposit to secure the date we can stay in touch when needed.

For smaller orders you can pick up from our studio in Ely, or a delivery fee will be charged depending on the location of your event.

At Nina Alice Blooms we focus on sustainability when creating stunning floral arrangements. We do this by keeping our plastic use to a minimum, excluding non biodegradable and toxic foam, and reusing flowers whenever possible. With a no waste attitude, flowers are dried and used in everlasting arrangements and reusable techniques and materials such as chicken wire are reused.

Whilst we’re not perfect, we do try to help the environment. Local and British grown flowers are used seasonally, however if you require an exotic flower which isn’t grown here, we are able to source them ethically to create the style arrangement and aesthetic you require.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We work primarily with seasonal, premium blooms, chosen for quality, freshness, and colour palette. Some flowers are more costly depending on availability and season.

✨ Design time & expertise

Every bouquet and installation is designed and created by hand in our Ely studio. Pricing reflects the creative process, conditioning time, and professional floristry experience behind each piece.

✨ Scale & complexity

Larger arrangements, bespoke designs, and installations require additional materials, mechanics, and labour, which is reflected in the final price.

✨ Delivery & logistics

Bouquet delivery is priced by distance from our CB7 studio.
Weddings and events are quoted individually to allow for travel, setup, styling, and breakdown where required.

Bouquets & Everyday Flowers:

Custom bouquets start at £50 to ensure the quality and longevity of your flowers are to the highest standard, and a little unusual,not the type you’d find in the supermarket!

You’re very welcome to contact us for guidance. We’re always happy to recommend something beautiful based on the occasion, season, and your budget.

With the right care, most bouquets will last 5–7 days, often longer.

1. Start with a clean vase

Wash your vase thoroughly before use. Bacteria is the fastest way to shorten the life of fresh flowers.

2. Trim the stems

Cut 2–3cm off each stem at an angle using sharp scissors or secateurs.
This helps the flowers absorb water properly.

3. Use fresh water

Fill your vase with clean, cool water and add the flower food provided.

• Change the water every 2 days

• Rinse the vase and re-trim stems each time

4. Remove leaves below the waterline

Any foliage sitting in water will decay and cause bacteria to build up.

5. Choose the right spot

Place your flowers:

• away from direct sunlight

• away from radiators, fires, or heat sources

• away from fruit bowls (fruit releases gases that age flowers)

Top Tip:

As some flowers start to droop, you can untie the bouquet and remove them individually.
